Frenchman on baking with California raisins

On Tuesday 11 May, French baker Fred Mougel will host the Baking with California Raisins seminar at the Grand Hyatt Singapore from 2pm to 5:30pm. Mougel initially worked as a musician but later started attending courses on baking. He is known for his traditional breads as well as a number of unorthodox ones, and owns two bakeries in Dijon in his home region of Burgundy.
