Frenchman on baking with California raisins
On Tuesday 11 May, French baker Fred Mougel will host the Baking with California Raisins seminar at the Grand Hyatt Singapore from 2pm to 5:30pm. Mougel initially worked as a musician but later started attending courses on baking. He is known for his traditional breads as well as a number of unorthodox ones, and owns two bakeries in Dijon in his home region of Burgundy. The seminar is free or charge and is presented by The Raisin Administrative Committee and The Office of Agricultural Affairs under the US Embassy in Singapore. To RSVP, please call (65) 6515
